Recently, two of my colleagues (Bryan Naas, our manager of customer services, and Wyatt Bales, one of our account executives) went on a three week trip to Australia. The guys logged 25,000 travel miles visiting our customers and attending the ELH conference, but they came back excited and eager to share all stories about all the people they met and all the wonderful experiences they had.
