While DyKnow Monitor offers a few interactive tools (Polling, Chat and Screen Broadcaster), you can get the most collaboration from DyKnow Vision, our interactive education software. DyKnow Vision allows you to present, record, share, assess and collaborate with students in countless ways.
No! Unlike our competitors, the administrative rights for DyKnow Monitor are hard-coded by user ID on the server so you only need one installer. This simplifies imaging and makes it harder for students to manipulate the software. Our competitors give schools two installers – one for a teacher and one for a student – which means, if a student gets a hold of a teacher installer, then he/she can monitor the teacher or other students.
Students can be monitored by physical location, roster or both so all the teacher has to do is login and students are automatically in their session. Your assigned Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will walk you or the IT administrator through setting this feature up.
