Webinar Recording: Full STEAM Ahead into the Maker Movement

With 1:1 devices and technology integration growing rapidly through the K-12 education space, initiatives follow that aim to maximize digital learning environments and create hands-on learning for students. One of the fastest-growing initiatives right now is the Maker Movement, which emphasizes learning through doing in social environments and increases access to STEAM curriculum. We partnered with Chris Smallen, Chief Technology Office at Lenior City Schools for our most recent webinar “Full STEAM Ahead into the Maker Movement” to learn how his district has implemented Maker Spaces, and how other schools and districts can implement similar programs to maximize STEAM education.
