Marlena Gross-Taylor
Marlena Gross-Taylor is the founder of EduGladiators and a nationally recognized edtech leader with a proven track record of improving educational and operational performance through vision, strategic planning, leadership, and team building. A Nashville transplant originally from southern Louisiana, Marlena’s educational experience spans several states allowing her to have served K-12 students in both rural and urban districts. She has been recognized as a middle school master teacher and innovative administrator at the elementary, middle, high school and district levels. Because of her sound knowledge of both elementary and secondary education, Marlena has broad-based experience creating and implementing dynamic interactive programs to attain district goals while leveraging her flexibility, resourcefulness, and organizational and interpersonal skills to foster learning through a positive, encouraging environment.

Caleb Magness
Caleb Magness is the Head Instructional Technologist at Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD. With a background in teaching, technology, and psychology, Caleb has the expertise and knowledge as an EdTech leader to help create innovative instructional tactics. He holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology which has enabled him to build instructional tactics around teachers’ personality types and tailoring instruction towards those skills. He has presented on this topic at numerous events such as TCEA 2020. Caleb can help you take your instructional tactics to the next level.

Katie Bond
Katie Bond is a Digital Learning Specialist for the Martin County School District in Stuart, Florida. Katie is a former high school Math teacher and current EdTech enthusiast. Katie is passionate about empowering teachers and students through authentic learning with technology. As an EdTech leader, Katie has worked to create and blend instructional frameworks to inform engaged and effective professional development and learning.

George Vogeley
George Vogeley is the Coordinator of Digital Learning for the Martin County School District in Stuart, Florida. George has taught both general education and exceptional student education at the elementary level, and has K-12 experience as a digital learning specialist. George’s main goal is to support the effective use of technology in classrooms to engage, enhance, allow choice within the curriculum. As an EdTech leader, George has worked to create and blend instructional frameworks to inform engaged and effective professional development and learning.

Chuck Holland
Chuck Holland is the Director of Instructional Technology in Richland School District Two in Columbia, SC. Chuck presents frequently at state and national conferences on instructional coaching, design thinking, as well as best practices for instructional uses of technology including Blended Learning, Personalized Learning, Project-Based Learning, Google Apps for Education, and other Google tools. Chuck is an EdTech leader and has contributed to presentations at conferences like FETC 2020, as well as hosted webinars for Tech Coaches and Administrators.

Nichole Allmann
Nichole Allmann is a District Technology Integration Specialist for Richland School District Two in Columbia, SC. She is a Google Certified Teacher and PBL Capacity Builder. Her primary role in the district is to work collaboratively with the Technology Learning Coaches at various schools and coaching teachers to transform his or her teaching practices to prepare our students to be world-class learners. Not only does she focus her training on effective instructional uses in a 1:1 computing environment, she works with teachers to build personalized, blended models of instruction and Project Based Learning.
